About Donna Beveridge

Blending clinical excellence with a deep commitment to teaching, Donna Beveridge brings decades of frontline healthcare and education experience. Her journey through nursing, midwifery, child and family health, and vocational training has been driven by one unwavering belief: that quality care starts with confident, capable professionals. As a Trainer and Assessor at Hader Institute of Education, she helps shape the next generation of care professionals through engaging, values-driven training.

With roots in community health, Donna has held pivotal clinical and leadership roles across NSW—from early childhood development initiatives to aged care quality improvement committees. As a Registered Nurse and Midwife, she’s not only delivered care but has shaped systems, mentored future practitioners, and led interdisciplinary programs that impact families and communities directly.

In the education space, Donna has made an indelible mark. Her work spans a range of qualifications including Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability), Certificate IV in Community Services, Leisure & Health, Leadership and Management, and First Aid. She has facilitated learning for students at all levels—supporting new trainers, developing training tools, leading course validations, and ensuring placement experiences translate to real-world readiness.

Donna brings her unique dual lens—clinical precision and educational insight—into every class. Her students benefit not only from her expansive knowledge but from her heart-led approach to building confidence and competence in future support workers, nurses, and community leaders.
