With roots in community health, Donna has held pivotal clinical and leadership roles across NSW—from early childhood development initiatives to aged care quality improvement committees. As a Registered Nurse and Midwife, she’s not only delivered care but has shaped systems, mentored future practitioners, and led interdisciplinary programs that impact families and communities directly.
In the education space, Donna has made an indelible mark. Her work spans a range of qualifications including Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability), Certificate IV in Community Services, Leisure & Health, Leadership and Management, and First Aid.
